Carl Fletcher Starting as a youth trainee Carl made his full league debut in 1998 at the age of 18 and by the time he reached 21 he was Team Captain.
Having begun his first team career in midfield, Carl moved to central defence when injuries forced the Manager's hand. He then lead the Cherries to the 5-2 Play Off Final victory over Lincoln City and bagged a couple of goals for himself in the process.
Now recognised as an acomplished defender, Carl has recently been rewarded with an international cap for Wales. |
